2015

Foundation

eeproperty is founded alongside vesta, the first digital solution designed specifically to automate the management and payment of shared laundry facilities in residential buildings.

2019

Expansion into German-Speaking Switzerland

The company reaches profitability through organic growth and expands into German-speaking Switzerland. Strategic partnerships with institutional real estate players further strengthen its market position.

2020

EV Charging Solutions

Launch of volta, our first technology platform dedicated to the automated management and billing of electric vehicle charging within residential and commercial properties.

2024

Growth

More than 3,000 buildings are now equipped with eeproperty solutions, representing over 10 million service uses.

The company successfully completes its first fundraising round and continues its growth with a team of more than 20 employees.

2025

The Launch of Shareman

eeproperty celebrates its tenth anniversary and launches Shareman, an integrated ecosystem bringing together SharemanWash, SharemanCharge and SharemanShine.

The team continues to grow and a second office opens in the Canton of Zurich.

Christoph Haldi, CEO von eeproperty.

Der diplomierte Ingenieur der HEIG-VD ist von einer klaren Überzeugung geprägt: Das Teilen von Ressourcen und Flächen ist der Schlüssel zu den Gebäuden von morgen. Sein Ziel ist es, Gebäudeinfrastrukturen in Dienstleistungen zu verwandeln, die komfortabler, sicherer und nachhaltiger sind.

Die Idee zu eeproperty entstand während seines Bachelorstudiums, als er mit vesta ein technologisches Konzept entwickelte, das die Verwaltung, Abrechnung und Nutzung von Gemeinschaftswaschküchen automatisiert. Dieses konkrete Projekt für die Immobilienbranche bildete den Ausgangspunkt seiner unternehmerischen Laufbahn.

Sein Engagement wurde mehrfach ausgezeichnet. 2014 erhielt er den Genilem-Preis für vesta. 2018 wurde er in die renommierte «30 Under 30»-Liste des Forbes Magazins aufgenommen. Zudem zählt ihn das Wirtschaftsmagazin Bilan seit 2022 jährlich zu den bedeutendsten Unternehmerpersönlichkeiten der Westschweiz unter 40 Jahren.

Christoph Haldi arbeitet weiterhin daran, die Immobilienbranche zu transformieren und Gebäude intelligenter und effizienter zu machen. Mit der Eröffnung des Zürcher Standorts im Jahr 2025 richtet sich der Blick zunehmend auf die europäische Expansion.
